Officers: The officers shall consist of President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer elected from the Society's Regular membership.

Trustees: The Trustees shall consist of six (6) persons elected from the Society's Regular membership and two (2) persons elected from the Society's Associate membership.

The Board of Directors: The Board of Directors shall consist of eight (8) trustees plus the club officers.

Term of Office:

Officers terms shall be for three (3) consecutive years.
No more than two (2) offices may expire in any given year.
Trustee terms shall be for three (3) consecutive years.
No more than three (3) trustee positions may expire in any given year.
No member may hold the office of President for more than two (2) consecutive terms.

Election of Officers and Trustees: Elections shall be held at the Club's Annual Meeting.

Duties of Officers and Trustees:

President - The President shall preside over all meetings, and special meetings, appoint all committees, and perform all duties and acts required of an executive and presiding officer.
Vice President - The Vice President shall perform Presidential duties in case of the President's absence and assist all committees appointed by the President.
Secretary - The Secretary shall record minutes of all hte meetings, and attend to the correspondence.
Treasurer - The Treasurer will be responsible for all the financial matters and pay bills allowed by the officers and trustees. Manage all checking and savings accounts and be audited once a year.
Trustees - The Trustees' duties shall be to deal with the club matters of business pertaining to the club and make all decisions concerning these matters along with the club officers.
Board of Directors - The Board of Directors shall be the policy making body of the club and deal with all affairs thereof.
